Voter Registration for Delegate Election
Under the Pork Promotion, Research and Consumer Information Order National Pork Producers (Pork Act) Delegate Body Election Process.
To establish my eligibility as an eligible voter for the National Pork Producers (Pork Act) Delegate Body, I hereby certify that all of the following apply:
I am a producer, or an authorized representative of a corporate producer, who produces porcine animals in the U.S. for sale in commerce and is subject to assessment;
I have sold swine and paid checkoff in the time period since the last delegate election process in this state;
I am a resident of the respective state;
I have paid all assessments due;
I am 18 years of age or older.
